Most associations are unable to hold their Annual Meeting and elections in person right now. Here are some options for Boards to consider.

Condominiums in Oregon are governed by the Oregon Condominium Act at ORS Chapter 100, found at:  https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors100.html.

Oregon non-condo HOA's are governed by the Oregon Planned Community Act found at:  https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors094.html.

Condominiums in Washington created after 1990 are governed by the Washington Condominium Act at RCW 64.34 found at:  http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=64.34.  Condominiums in Washington created before 1990 are governed by the Horizontal Property Regimes Act at RCW 64.32 found at:  http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=64.32.

Washington non-condo HOA's are governed by the Homeowners Association Act at RCW 64.38 found at:  http://app.leg.wa.gov/RCW/default.aspx?cite=64.38.
