During COVID-19 State of Emergency
Most associations are unable to hold their Annual Meeting and elections in person right now. Here are some options for Boards to consider.
Condominiums in Oregon are governed by the Oregon Condominium Act at ORS Chapter 100, found at: https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors100.html.
Oregon non-condo HOA's are governed by the Oregon Planned Community Act found at: https://www.oregonlegislature.gov/bills_laws/ors/ors094.html.
